Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer friendly Sales Executive to join our jewellery store . The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers , understanding their requirements , showcasing jewellery products and achieving sales targets .
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand Customers jewellery requirements and budget
- Explain product features , designs , pricing , making Charges and offers
- Showcase gold , diamond and other jewellery products professionally
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with customer regarding enquiries and potential purchase
- Maintain customer relationship and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products is preferred
- Presentable and customer friendly personality
