Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and ensure smooth coordination with customers, staff, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
• Handle customer complaints, queries, and order-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with clients regarding defective, incorrect, or problematic merchandise and arrange returns/replacements when required.
• Communicate with suppliers and coordinate the return or exchange of goods.
• Maintain proper records of sales, stock, returns, exchanges, and pending issues.
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Supervise staff and delegate daily responsibilities.
• Resolve operational issues independently and ensure problems are handled efficiently.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Take responsibility for ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in store management, retail, wholesale, or a similar role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and order management.
• Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently.
