Job Summary

Oath Constructions is seeking an energetic and organized Construction Site Coordinator to join our active project team in Ludhiana, Punjab. Both fresh graduates (freshers) and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This role requires extensive fieldwork, where you will spend a significant portion of your day on the active construction site helping oversee logistics, safety, and daily workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Spend up to 70% of your time on the active construction field checking on project progress and documenting daily work milestones.
• Material & Delivery Logistics: Coordinate the arrival of materials, inspect delivered goods for damage, verify invoices against delivery slips, and organize site storage.
• Safety Monitoring: Assist the site supervisor in conducting daily safety checks, verifying that workers wear PPE (helmets, vests, boots), and reporting hazards immediately.
• Labor & Subcontractor Tracking: Keep an accurate head-count log of on-site laborers and subcontractors, tracking their daily attendance and work hours.
• Daily Reporting: Fill out daily progress logs and take photo updates of the construction site to send to the project management team.
• Site Support: Help clear operational bottlenecks on the ground, such as directing delivery trucks or coordinating space for different teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience & Education: Open to all experience levels. Fresh graduates/freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or general project coordination are welcome.
• Physical Fitness & Fieldwork Readiness: Must be comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, dust, rain) on an active construction site.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with smartphones, messaging apps, and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for daily check-ins and basic data entry.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a positive attitude to learn quickly, and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Travel: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transport (like a two-wheeler) to commute across the project site daily.
