Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Industry Sales & Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel packages.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and customer documents.
- Assist in preparing travel-related content and promotions when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good computer skills, especially WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
