Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle incoming leads and make outbound calls for various residential and commercial real estate projects in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from incoming leads and company databases.
• Explain different real estate projects, including residential plots, flats, villas, showrooms, and commercial properties.
• Understand customers' budgets, investment requirements, and property preferences.
• Generate interest in projects and convince potential buyers to schedule site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and site visit bookings.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site visit targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Confidence in handling customers over the phone.
• A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Previous telesales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
