WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER (CCM) – AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY | 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Care Manager (CCM) to manage customer relationships, handle complaints, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure an excellent customer experience across sales and service operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback.

Manage customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.

Coordinate with sales, service, and spare parts departments.

Maintain customer records, complaint registers, and MIS reports.

Ensure timely complaint resolution and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Experience in bike dealership operations or automobile parts management.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting.

Strong customer-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

candidate should be customer-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing customer feedback and complaints independently. The candidate must be comfortable making follow-up calls, maintaining reports, coordinating with multiple departments, and working toward improved customer satisfaction and dealership service standards.
