Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business loan, sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits.
- To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency
- Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
- Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly targets
- Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.
- Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.
- Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre
- A basic understanding of the business Loans model working would be preferred.
- A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
