Maxx Speed Garments is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create attractive designs, graphics, and print-ready artwork for garments and T-shirts. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with an understanding of graphic design and printing requirements.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive graphics and designs for T-shirts and garments.
- Prepare print-ready artwork according to design and production requirements.
- Use CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop and edit designs.
- Create logos, patterns, typography, and custom graphics.
- Adjust design sizes, colours, and layouts as required for printing.
- Coordinate with the printing and production teams to ensure accurate output.
- Make design modifications based on customer or management feedback.
- Maintain organised design files and ensure quality and accuracy in artwork.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12th-pass candidate with at least 1 year of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and garment or T-shirt printing designs.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Candidates with garment printing or apparel design experience will be preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹5,000 based on performance
- Salary depends on skills and experience.
