Job SummaryBrite Engineers is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, promote HVAC products and services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, site visits, referrals, and networking.
3. Promote HVAC products, including Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package AC, and VRF/VRV systems.
4. Meet customers, builders, contractors, consultants, and facility management teams.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
6. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
7. Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert leads into orders.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
9. Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.
10. Prepare daily sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
11. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
12. Coordinate with technical, project, service, and accounts teams.
13. Maintain good customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
14. Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with the accounts team.

• Basic RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and air-conditioning products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and presentations.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
• Additional Requirements – AdvantagePrevious experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, or business development.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC drawings.
• Experience dealing with builders, contractors, consultants, and commercial clients.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• ExperienceFreshers with good communication skills and sales aptitude may apply.
• 1–3 years of HVAC or technical sales experience is preferred.

Salary and BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Salary will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and sales skills. Incentives and other benefits may be provided as per company policy.
