Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our jewellery showroom, increase customer footfall, generate sales leads, and support marketing activities to improve brand awareness and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to increase showroom footfall and jewellery sales.
• Promote gold, silver, diamond jewellery, and savings schemes to potential customers.
• Identify new customer segments and explore local market opportunities.
• Coordinate with showroom teams to implement promotional campaigns and festive offers.
• Conduct local market visits, customer outreach, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and support customer conversion.
• Coordinate with the branding and advertising teams for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
• Track marketing performance, lead generation, customer footfall, and sales conversion.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail marketing and customer relationship management.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities, if required.
• Tamil communication is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any Degree or MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, FMCG, or consumer sales marketing will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field marketing roles.
