Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Title: Pre-School TeacherWe are looking for a passionate, caring, energetic, and creative Pre-School Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities.
• Teach children basic concepts such as letters, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and social skills.
• Encourage children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Create a safe, clean, friendly, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Conduct storytelling, singing, drawing, craft, games, and other creative activities.
• Observe and monitor each child's learning progress and behaviour.
• Help children develop communication, confidence, independence, and good habits.
• Maintain discipline using positive and child-friendly methods.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and activities.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programmes.
• Maintain classroom records, learning materials, and student-related documentation.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Montessori, Early Childhood Education, Teacher Training, or a relevant qualification preferred.
• Experience in pre-school or kindergarten teaching is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Love, patience, and genuine care for children.
• Creative and energetic personality.
• Ability to manage and engage young children effectively.
• Basic knowledge of classroom activities and child development.
