Job Summary   

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join Vasantham Traders. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling customers, promoting company products, and achieving sales and marketing target

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Identify and generate new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and explain company products to customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Conduct field visits and meet potential customers.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and management teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable product information.
• Support junior marketing executives and guide the team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing and customer visits.
• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills preferred.
• Experience in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, machinery, or related products will be an added advantage.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month,

based on experience and performance.
