• Supervise and manage all construction activities from site preparation through project completion and handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and effectively manage site manpower and resources to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the construction process.
• Track project progress and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion within the approved schedule.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders to minimize delays and maintain project progress.
