Job Description
1. Verify export order details and confirm with the sales team.
2. Check product availability and packaging requirements.
3. Prepare and review export documentation (invoice, packing list, export license, certificate of origin, etc.).
4. Coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch of goods.
5. Arrange transportation and select appropriate freight forwarders or carriers.
6. Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
7. Submit necessary documents to customs and follow up on clearance.
8. Track shipment status and update relevant stakeholders.
9. Handle any issues or delays during transit.
10. Maintain records of all export transactions for audit and reporting.
11. Coordinate with finance for payment and invoicing related to exports.
12. Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
