- અમારે પ્રોપર્ટી વેલ્યુએશન અને સાઇટ વિઝિટના કામ માટે ફ્રીલાન્સ બેઝ પર વ્યક્તિની જરૂર છે. આ કામ શીખવા માટે શરૂઆતમાં આપણે ફ્રીમાં ટ્રેનિંગ પણ આપીશું. આ કામમાં રેસિડેન્શિયલ, કોમર્શિયલ અથવા જમીનની પ્રોપર્ટી પર રૂબરૂ જઈને સાઇટ વિઝિટ કરવાની રહેશે, સાઇટ પરથી માપણી કરી ફોટા પાડવાના રહેશે અને જરૂરી વિગતો એકત્રિત કરવાની રહેશે. આ માટે ઉમેદવારનું એજ્યુકેશન ITI સિવિલ ડ્રાફ્ટમેન, સર્વેયર અથવા સિવિલ એન્જિનિયર (ડિપ્લોમા/ડિગ્રી) કે સંબંધિત બેકગ્રાઉન્ડ હોવું ફરજિયાત છે અને સ્થાનિક સાઇટ વિઝિટ માટે પોતાનું ટુ-વ્હીલર અથવા વાહન હોવું અનિવાર્ય છે. આ સંપૂર્ણપણે ફ્રીલાન્સ કામ રહેશે જેમાં ગમે ત્યારે કામ કરી શકાશે અને પ્રતિ વિઝિટ (Per Visit) ₹300 ફિક્સ મળશે. જો તમે પહેલેથી જ કોઈ અન્ય નોકરી કે બિઝનેસ કરતા હોવ, તો આ કામ દ્વારા તમે તમારી વધારાની આવક (Extra Income) પેદા કરી શકો છો.
- We are looking for a reliable person for property valuation and site visit work on a freelance basis, and we will provide free training at the beginning to learn this work. This job involves physically visiting residential, commercial, or land properties to conduct site visits, taking measurements and photographs from the site, and collecting necessary details. For this, the candidate's education must be ITI Civil Draughtsman, Surveyor, or Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree) or a relevant background, and having their own two-wheeler or vehicle for local site visits is mandatory. This will be completely freelance work where you can work anytime, and you will get a fixed ₹300 per visit. If you are already doing another job or business, you can generate extra income through this work.
