Job Description

Head Cook – Biryani & Bengali Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Head Cook specializing in Biryani and Bengali cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Biryani and Bengali dishes.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and hygiene.
  • Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Guide kitchen helpers and maintain discipline.
  • Ensure timely preparation of orders and minimize food wastage.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in Biryani and Bengali cooking.
  • Ability to independently handle kitchen operations.
  • Experience in restaurant/cloud kitchen/catering preferred.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Duty: 10–11 hours maximum per day. Exact timing will be fixed after discussion.
