Job Description
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain different gold, diamond and silver jewellery designs.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
Provide information about gold purity, weight, making charges and pricing.
Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
Manage billing and sales transactions.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of jewellery items.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product presentation.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.
