Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Acquire new retail customers through professional networking, referrals, and trust-building.
- Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing retail clients, handling ongoing account servicing.
- Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth: Promote and cross-sell appropriate retail banking or financial products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, investments) matching customer goals.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve product or service complaints by collaborating with internal credit, operations, or support teams.
- Market Insights: Track local market trends and competitor offerings to provide feedback to central product and policy teams.
