Job Description

  • Prepare food strictly as per standard recipes and portion controls.
  • Maintain highest hygiene standards in food handling, storage, and preparation.
  • Ensure proper use of ingredients following FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Conduct regular temperature checks of cooking, storage, and holding equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately if any to the Supervisor/Manager.
