Salary & Benefits

Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 approximately

Field/TA Allowance: ₹200 per working day, as per applicable company conditions

Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month, subject to applicable policy

PF & ESIC: As applicable

Minimum Age: 21years to 34years

Educational Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass in any discipline Graduate candidates will be preferred.

Candidates with Agriculture, Banking, Finance, Sales or related backgrounds will have an advantage.

.Key Responsibilities

• Generate and source leads for Agri and MSME loan products.
• Visit farmers, customers and prospective borrowers in the assigned territory.
• Explain applicable Agriculture loan products and assist customers with the application process.
• Collect KYC and other required loan documents from customers.
• Verify and submit documents/applications as per prescribed process.
• Assist in pre-sanction and post-sanction field activities as required.
• Follow up on existing Agriculture loans for review and renewal.
• Support collection/follow-up of loan repayments and overdue accounts as assigned.
• Maintain regular customer contact and develop local referral networks.
• Update customer/loan information in the prescribed SBOSS/Bank application.Coordinate with the concerned SBI Branch/RBO officials for loan processing and customer servicing.
• Maintain daily field activity, lead and collection records.Achieve assigned sourcing, review/renewal and collection targets.Ensure compliance with SBI/SBOSS processes, KYC requirements and field-operational guidelines.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to work extensively in the field.Knowledge of the local language – Read, Write & Speak.
• Basic smartphone/application and data-entry skills.Two-wheeler preferred/required for field movement, depending on location.Valid driving licence preferred.
• Preference may be given to candidates residing close to the assigned branch/field location.Candidates should have good local-area knowledge and customer-connect ability.
