Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Executive to join our Quality Assurance/Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.

Candidates with experience in the printing and packaging industry will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks for printing, packaging, dimensions, color, artwork, finishing, and other product specifications.
• Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues during production.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and approved samples.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring quality problems and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established SOPs and quality procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and support investigation of quality-related issues.
• Maintain documentation related to quality inspections, rejection, rework, and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular shop-floor quality inspections.
• Ensure proper segregation and identification of rejected/non-conforming materials.
• Support internal quality audits and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.
• Desired Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, labels, cartons, flexible packaging, or related manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, and root-cause analysis.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively on the production/shop floor.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
