Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach new customers, manufacturers, OEMs, fabricators, contractors, and industrial buyers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, online platforms, and customer visits.
• Promote MS plates, SS sheets, alloy steel, non-alloy steel, CNC laser cutting, bending, and fabrication services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Regularly follow up on quotations, pending orders, customer requirements, and repeat business.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

3. Market Research & Marketing

• Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, customer demand, and market trends.
• Promote company products and services through digital platforms and direct marketing.
• Maintain a database of leads, customers, enquiries, and sales activities.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the production, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management on business development activities.
• Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the accounts department, where required.
