Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
- Handle billing for automobile spare parts and customer orders.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, and customer information before invoicing.
- Maintain billing records and related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams regarding orders and invoices.
- Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and billing-related issues when required.
- Ensure all billing entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with basic office and administrative work related to billing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle billing work responsibly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in billing or accounts is preferred but not mandatory.
