🚨 Hiring – Hub Incharge | Kalladikode

💼 Position: Hub Incharge

📌 Experience: 1–3 Years

💰 CTC: ₹4 LPA

  • Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery hub.
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
  • Manage delivery executives and allocate daily tasks.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
  • Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
  • Maintain hub records, inventory, and daily operational reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth hub functioning.
  • Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Hub Operations, Logistics, Last Mile, Warehouse, or Delivery Operations.
  • Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Candidates from Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Delivery, or Warehouse backgrounds are preferred.
