Sales Support Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, following up with leads, explaining our services, and converting potential leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain company services, pricing, and processes clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with customers.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
