We are looking for a Customer Calling Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Customer calling and follow-ups
- 📝 Maintaining customer & service records
- 👥 Coordinating and handling the team
- 📧 Drafting professional emails and correspondence
- 📊 Updating daily reports and follow-up status
- 🤝 Coordinating with customers and internal teams
- 🔄 Ensuring timely follow-up and closure of pending activities
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Ability to draft professional emails
- Good coordination and team-handling skills
- Responsible, organized and proactive
