• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain online sales operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, specifications, images and keywords.
• Develop attractive and SEO-friendly product descriptions to improve product visibility and conversions.
• Manage product catalogs, pricing, inventory, offers and promotional activities on marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with the design team for product images, banners, creatives, infographics and marketplace content.
• Handle product listing designs and basic graphic editing using Canva, Photoshop or similar designing tools.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer queries.
• Track marketplace sales performance, product rankings, traffic and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts and inventory teams to ensure smooth online order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product information and timely updates across all online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales through SEO, promotions, keywords and marketplace campaigns.
• Stay updated with Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace policies, algorithms and best practices.
• Required SkillsHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of online product listing and catalog management.
• Good command of product description writing and SEO keywords.
• Basic to good knowledge of graphic designing and product creatives.
• Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions will be an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical and coordination skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidate should have practical experience handling manufacturing products on e-commerce platforms, from product listing and description management to online sales, designing, order management and marketplace performance tracking.
