General Manager

We are looking for a highly efficient, responsible and hands-on General Manager to manage and coordinate the overall operations of our Group across real estate, project development, sales, business operations and allied businesses.

The ideal candidate should be a strong execution-oriented leader who can independently manage people, follow-ups, processes and inter-department coordination, while keeping the Promoter/Director updated through clear MIS and reporting.

This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can take ownership, solve problems and ensure that important work gets completed on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across Group businesses and functions.
• Ensure all departments and managers are working towards defined targets and timelines.
• Drive execution of important projects, assignments and management decisions.
• Monitor sales, project execution, finance coordination, HR/admin and operational activities.
• Review daily/weekly MIS and identify delays, gaps, risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate between Sales, CRM, Projects, Finance, HR/Admin and Operations.
• Manage and review performance of managers, executives and operational staff.
• Establish accountability, discipline, reporting systems and effective follow-up mechanisms.
• Monitor vendors, contractors, consultants and external agencies and ensure timely deliverables.
• Take ownership of operational problems and resolve routine matters independently.
• Escalate only important matters requiring management approval, along with clear recommendations.
• Ensure company SOPs, processes and management decisions are properly implemented.
• Support the Promoter/Director in strategic execution, business planning and new initiatives.
• Prepare concise weekly management reports/dashboard covering key business activities, pending matters and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, systems and internal processes.
• Build a professional work culture based on ownership, accountability, discipline and execution.
• What We Are Looking For10–18 years of relevant experience in General Management, Business Operations, Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple departments/functions is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent follow-up and execution ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Ability to understand business numbers and operational performance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be comfortable working with senior management, employees, vendors, contractors and customers.
• Should be hands-on and willing to visit sites/operating locations whenever required.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity.
• Ownership mindset — should not require constant supervision or follow-up.
