Job Description

Role:

Responsible for driving sales and marketing activities for the company’s real-estate projects and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the sales team and daily sales operations.
  • Generate and convert leads through digital, direct and channel-partner sources.
  • Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and negotiations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with property brokers/channel partners.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales through CRM/MIS.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and monitor team performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in real-estate sales, preferably plotted development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of Meerut/NCR real-estate market preferred.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable managing a sales team.
