Job Description
- Accompany and manage group trips to domestic destinations whenever required.
- Coordinate with travelers and ensure everyone follows the trip itinerary.
- Manage check-ins, hotel arrangements, transportation, sightseeing, and group activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues during trips.
- Ensure customer safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Handle daily office work, customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist with travel package planning, quotations, bookings, and itinerary preparation.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors.
- Maintain customer records, booking details, payment updates, and trip documents.
- Support the team in managing reservations and day-to-day travel operations.
