Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/clients
