Job Description

Welcoming and checking in guests and giving them room keys.

Checking guests out, preparing bills, and processing payments.

Managing reservations, including new bookings, cancellations, and changes.

Answering phone calls, emails, and guest questions about rooms and hotel services.

Providing information about facilities, local attractions, transportation, and nearby services.

Handling guest requests and complaints politely and finding solutions.

Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance when rooms need cleaning or repairs.

Keeping guest and reservation records accurate and protecting guests' personal information.

Handling enquiries from Make my trip, goibibo, etc
