A leading International Manpower Consultancy based out of Mira Road, Mumbai is expanding its corporate branch office. We are looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team across four unique business verticals.

• 1. Back Office ExecutiveExperience Required: 0 - 2 Years (Energetic freshers are welcome to apply)
• Core Responsibilities:
• Extract verified corporate leads and client details using online directories.
• Execute high-volume, professional email campaigns to overseas clients.
• Update and maintain candidate tracking databases with high accuracy.
• Verify candidate documentation including passports and visas.
• 2. Social Media ExecutiveExperience Required: 1 - 3 Years in social media marketing or lead generation
• Core Responsibilities:
• Plan and run targeted talent attraction campaigns to source active job seekers.
• Format and publish international job openings across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create engaging text posts and graphics to build our agency’s digital presence.
• Moderate comments and direct messages, routing talent leads to our recruitment team.
• 3. HR Operations ManagerExperience Required: 3 - 5+ Years (Overseas recruitment agency background highly valued)
• Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire deployment cycle including international ticketing and logistics.
• Ensure strict compliance with international medical checks, visas, and emigration rules.
• Coordinate and lead mandatory pre-departure orientation programs for selected workers.
• Oversee internal office payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
• 4. HR Branch ManagerExperience Required: 5+ Years in a leadership or managerial role within a staffing consultancy
• Core Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily branch operational workflows and maintain team discipline.
• Establish, track, and drive monthly recruitment and candidate placement quotas.
• Foster corporate relationships with overseas enterprise clients and employers.
• Design bulk talent acquisition strategies to fulfill urgent overseas orders swiftly.
• General Eligibility Criteria:Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site role (Mira Road, Mumbai).
• Language Skills: Strong, fluent written and verbal English communication is mandatory to coordinate with global clients.
• Industry Focus: Previous background within international manpower consultancy or overseas recruitment firms is strongly preferred for both the Managerial profile.
