Position: HR Executive

⏰ Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
➡️ Working Days: Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday working
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs. This is a great start for someone who wants to build a career in HR & Talent Acquisition.
What You’ll Do:
- Sourcing: Find resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, WhatsApp groups
- Screening: Call candidates, check their profile, communication & job fit
- Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up
- Database Management: Maintain ATS / Excel sheet with candidate status
- Job Posting: Create and post jobs on portals and social media
- Support Onboarding: Help with offer letters and joining formalities
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
