Job Summary

Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.
