Job Description
Maintain office records, digital files, correspondence, stationery and inventory.
• Prepare spreadsheets, quotations, reports, letters, checklists and routine documentation.
• Update lead trackers, vendor databases, client records and daily MIS.
• Follow up on vendor registrations, documents, hotel confirmations, invoices and payment status.
• Assist with event logistics, travel bookings, guest lists and internal schedules.
• Provide concise daily status updates and keep pending tasks moving.
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, hospitality, travel or event support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisation, data accuracy, professional communication and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to assist with event-related coordination when required.
