About the Role

TruePrime Realty is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and hardworking male candidate to join our team as a Field Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in the real estate industry. The role involves meeting prospective customers, coordinating property visits, and assisting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and property buyers.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits for interested customers.
• Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and available projects.
• Follow up with clients and assist them throughout the property-buying process.
• Coordinate with the sales team and property developers.
• Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
• Maintain client details and update lead information in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates with a confident and presentable personality.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in field sales, real estate, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
