Job Description

Device Management (Inward/Outward): Inspect, register, and log incoming laptops, desktops, and peripherals into the system; issue job sheets to customers; safely hand over repaired devices upon completion.

Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional updates to customers regarding diagnostic results, cost estimates, repair timelines, and pickup readiness.

Engineer Coordination: Collaborate directly with service engineers to track hardware repair statuses and prioritize urgent jobs.

Billing & Tally Accounting: Generate service bills, manage daily cash collections, and accurately record all purchase and sales invoices into Tally software.

Inventory & Records: Assist with logging spare parts usage, maintaining counter inventory, and keeping structured records of all transactions.
