Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule sales meetings.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation or sales targets.
