Job Description
- Develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design and implement API endpoints for frontend and third-party integrations.
- Handle file uploads, downloads, storage, validation, and processing.
- Work with MongoDB to design collections, schemas, and database operations.
- Implement MongoDB indexing to improve query performance and reduce response time.
- Develop complex MongoDB Aggregation Pipelines for filtering, grouping, sorting, joining, and transforming data.
- Optimize database queries and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Implement CRUD operations and business logic.
- Handle authentication and authorization, such as JWT and role-based access control.
- Implement proper error handling, validation, logging, and exception management.
- Integrate external APIs and third-party services.
- Write reusable services, controllers, middleware, and utility functions.
- Test APIs and backend functionality using tools such as Postman.
- Debug production and development issues and provide performance improvements.
- Work with Git for version control, branching, and code reviews.
- Follow security best practices for APIs, databases, file uploads, and user data.
- Collaborate with frontend developers.
