We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specialising in Indian cuisine to join our growing food business in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, strong kitchen management experience, and the ability to develop innovative menus while maintaining food quality and profitability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Planning & Development: Design, develop, and regularly update Indian cuisine menus with innovative and authentic dishes.
• Food Costing & Profitability: Prepare detailed recipe costing, maintain food cost targets, control portion sizes, and maximise kitchen profitability.
• Food Preparation & Quality: Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portion sizes, and high food quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, purchasing requirements, ingredient usage, and supplier coordination.
• Waste Control: Minimise food wastage, monitor ingredient consumption, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Kitchen Operations: Independently manage daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service efficiency.
• Recipe Standardisation: Develop standard recipes, portion specifications, and kitchen operating procedures.
• Team Management: Train, supervise, and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, storage, and hygiene standards in compliance with FSSAI requirements.
• Order Management: Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements✅ Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Indian cuisine.

✅ Strong knowledge of North Indian dishes, gravies, curries, tandoor, and traditional Indian cooking techniques.

✅ Proven ability to design menus, calculate food costs, and control kitchen expenses.

✅ Experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or established cloud kitchens.

✅ Ability to work independently, manage kitchen operations, and lead a team.

✅ Creative mindset with a passion for developing exciting new dishes.

✅ Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety, and kitchen profitability.
