Job Description
Imperial Design Concepts (IDC) is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customers both in person and over the phone.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle showroom customers and provide a professional customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Make regular outbound calls for enquiries, follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, requirements and orders.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Support the sales team in generating repeat business and referrals.
