Davincred Services is looking for a driven and result-oriented Collections Team Leader to lead collection teams, drive recovery performance, and ensure operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, recovery rates, productivity, and collection efficiency.
• Track daily calling activities, follow-ups, and case-level progress.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines, and customer-handling standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve collections.
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving challenging cases.

🔹 Requirements

• Prior experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services.
• DRA Certified
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team of collection executives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with targets, performance metrics, and MIS reports.
• Knowledge of collection processes and customer-handling practices.
