**About the Role**

We are looking for a Site Engineer to take full charge of construction on a villa project, from foundation to finishing. You will be present on site daily, managing labour, materials, and quality, and making sure the work matches the drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Oversee day-to-day construction activity on the villa site

- Read and execute work as per architectural and structural drawings

- Supervise mason, carpenter, plumbing, electrical, and finishing teams

- Check quality of work at every stage and flag deviations

- Track material requirement, consumption, and wastage on site

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of material

- Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project team

- Ensure basic safety practices are followed on site

**Requirements**

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering

- 3-5 years of experience in residential construction, site execution

- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and finishing work

- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

- Comfortable being on site full time, not a desk-based role

- Basic computer skills for daily reporting
