Manage Live Chats: Answer incoming customer text requests quickly.

Handle Multi-Tasking: Run several chat windows at the same time.

Writing and Typing: Clear grammar, good spelling, and a fast typing speed (usually 35+ WPM).

Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle 2 to 4 chats without losing focus.

Patience and Empathy: Calm attitude when dealing with upset clients.
