Customer Executive

WIPRZ is hiring a Customer Executive to generate leads, convert customers, and increase bookings for our doorstep car & bike wash services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Explain WIPRZ services, offers, and membership plans.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status.
• Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:

• Basic English and Hindi speaking ability.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
