Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and generate repeat business.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months
- Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)
Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month
