Job Description

About the Role 


We're looking for a friendly, confident and Customer Support Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.  


This is not a target-based sales role. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • 1. Help Edukify clients use the platform smoothly. 
  • 2. Reply to queries on call, chat and email. 
  • 3. Guide setup of logo, courses, sign-up and payments. 
  • 4. Solve simple issues; escalate technical ones to the tech team. 
  • 5. Comfortable using apps/software (product training given). 
  • 6. Clear, polite communication and patience.
