Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote our Aluminium Windows, Doors, and Façade Systems. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, developing business relationships, visiting project sites, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit architects, builders, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Promote Aluminium Windows, Doors, and Façade Systems.
• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations and order processing.
• Provide regular updates on market activities and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in field sales, preferably in Aluminium, uPVC Windows, Doors, or Façade Industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
