Job Description
Assistant Sales Manager – Franchise Sales & Business DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for franchise sales and new business opportunities.
- Handle franchise enquiries from initial discussion to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Understand franchise requirements, investment capacity and business expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site selection, setup, operations and franchise onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Follow up on leads and achieve monthly franchise sales targets.
- Support franchise partners with commercial discussions and pre-opening requirements.
- Identify potential locations and new market opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and franchise development activities across different locations.
- Maintain sales reports, lead records and franchise documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover of closed franchise deals to the concerned teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales, automobile, retail, business development or a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle franchise discussions and closures.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits and franchise development.
- Target-oriented with a professional and mature approach.
